These types of catastrophes always cause the least extensive damage in places where people are able to join forces and when they have made contingency plans for such eventualities. The most important thing is to remember that panic must be avoided at all costs, so that calm cooperation will be possible in case of a nuclear attack, the kind that has been simulated by people appearing in the training film about the civil defense exercise held in a densely populated settlement. With professional methods, the evacuation can be completed within 25 to 30 minutes, as demonstrated by the civil defense units participating in this exercise.
