Civil defense rescue battalion No.211 is mobilized. Following the preliminary orders from directional command, the rescue operation has been launched. Prior to the deployment of the special rescue teams, it is of utmost importance to inform the public about the current situation. In any rescue operation it is crucial that the organizational details are minutely coordinated.
