The government’s Defense Committee ordered Szolnok County’s civil defense command to launch a methodological exercise code-named Jászság ’78. In this situational training exercise, the swift evacuation of the population was ordered. The evacuees were checked in the Szolnok Paper Factory. The film provides a detailed account of the evacuation process, and explains the operations involved in assembly, transportation, medical care, placement and the supply of provisions work.
