description

The role of civil defense in modern air defense
In the initial phase of the war the soldiers headed for the front lines full of enthusiasm, but a few years later the terrible losses caused by the worldwide devastation became apparent. The Second World War cost more civilian lives than any natural disaster or war had done previously throughout history. For this reason, it is important to develop an adequate air defense system. The imperialist air forces threaten the population of towns and villages alike. The film provides a detailed summary of the destructive politics of the United States worldwide, from Korea to the Bikini Atolls, before discussing the most important issues of effective defense, from the need to have a early warning system right down to the various methods of monitoring food.
